Schedule of Events

Bring your favorite board game or a deck of cards. A designated area will be setup for you to play with friends and neighbors. Common board games are checkers, chess, Settlers of Catan, and Monopoly. Decks of cards will be available. Any additional games are supplied by attendees.

Julie is a local resident who does face painting. She'll paint many Marvel and Disney characters, as well as quite a few animals.

No registration required, though tips are welcome to help pay for supplies.

Also known as Cornhole. Grab a friend or get paired with another player. Players take turns tossing bean bags at the hole on the opposite board until all bags are thrown. Points are tallied and then it's your partner's turn. Game continues until a team earns 21 points.

This is a tournament with the normal structured brackets. Once you lose, you're out.

Make sure you come cheer on your friends and neighbors.

Think of it as tailgating with your neighbors. A section will be designated as the grilling area, separate from the rest of the block party. Come spend time grilling with your friends and neighbors.

Grab a friend or get paired with another player. Each player will gently toss a water balloon to their partner. If the other player catches it successfully, the partners take a step backwards. Continue doing this until you're either the last team left or you break your water balloon. Once you break the balloon, the game's over for you.

Local resident Casey will bring her cricket machine with a variety of designs. A vinyl design will be created and printed with a Cricket machine. BTW, it's fun to watch. Then the vinyl will be transferred to the t-shift using a heat press.

Registration not required but recommended. If no registered participants are being helped, then it's first come first serve.

T-shirts cost $15 to help pay for Casey's supplies.

This scavenger will take you throughout the neighborhood and nto neighbors yards (with their permission). The winning team will win the Fountain Green Scavenger trophy. You get to bring it home and display it proudly for one year. It will be passed onto the winner's of next year's winning team.

This year we will play Shrek. Stop by with a blanket or lawn chairs. Movie will start around 8:00pm.

No registration required but recommended to make sure we have enough space.
